The Scorpion King Balthazar 7 inch Action Figure Jakks Pacific

Item is new and sealed on original retail card. Mounting card is creased in the front upper right side and is frayed and separating around bottom and left edge of the card. The plastic has separated from the mounting card except in the lower right side and mid left side. The plastic has faint scratches.
