Playmates Dick Tracy Sam Catchem 5 inch Action Figure

Item shows slight uses. Item is complete and includes original retail card. Figure has brown paint transfer below left shoulder. Retail card is frayed on several edges. There are two light creases that are difficult to photograph along top third of card and a diagonal one in upper left corner. Plastic window has been opened and torn the printed card. Brick background is torn and missing in upper left corner. Original retail price sticker is present on upper right hand of card.
