Playmates Dick Tracy Itchy 5 inch Action Figure

Item show signs of light use, Missing grenade belt. Figure has some paint transfer on hands and knee and minor paint loss in areas. Rubber is slightly tacky. Retail card is included but is damaged, with corner wear and crease along upper third. Original retail price tag is still present. Plastic is dented in lower right corner.
