HIS AMD Radeon R9 290 Computer Graphics Card

Item is missing parts to cooler. We have tested this card to the point of installing drivers. Drivers installed without error and video output was as it should be. We were unable to fully test because the fan is missing. Some buildup of debris etc has accumulated on components.
