AS IS: When we attempted to power on the unit the blue ring flickered, we heard a “buzzing/flickering” sound and then when we went turn off the power at the power switch the unit gave out a light shock to the person testing it. There is something inside the unit that moves/rattles around when we turn it upside down. No further testing has been done. Other potential issues may exist. For these reasons we are selling this listing AS IS with NO RETURNS please. Please see all photographs of the item you will receive.
