Dick Tracy Police Squad Car INCOMPLETE

MISSING PARTS: Missing doors, missing siren, missing bumpers, missing headlights, car appears to be still factory strapped into the internal cardboard packaging, however the doors are missing and there appears to be a fingerprint on the window. Siren does not work, we assume batteries are dead, we have not attempted to replace the batteries. Vehicle does not show signs of play or removal from the packaging as the twist ties appear to only be used once. The box is in good condition, has some shelf wear, box has a couple of retail price stickers on the two front-right corners.
