The plastic packaging inside the box has a couple of cracks and a dented corner (see photo). Cosmetic appearance of the guitar is good, some signs of light to average use, a couple of scuffs. If you move/shake the guitar around you can hear something small rattling/moving around inside. The battery compartment is clean. When we but batteries in the guitar we didn’t notice any lights to show us the power was on, and since we have no dongle, we have no way to test the unit. Batteries are not included.
