All goods (except items/lots represented AS IS) purchased from Milton Wares carry a 14 day warranty from point of delivery.

Milton Wares is an unauthorized re-seller of goods. Items sold at Milton Wares are not covered by any manufacturer’s warranties.

Returns are accepted when the item/lot is:

  • Not As Described / Misrepresented
  • Defective

AND

The item is returned to us within that 14 day period. If there are extenuating circumstances preventing a return during this timeline we must receive communication prior to the end of the warranty period in order to modify the period to a solution that is acceptable to both parties. Extensions are granted on a case by case basis.

Unless an extension has been allowed, no returns will be accepted after the 14 day period regardless of issue.

The 14 day warranty begins at the point of sale or point of delivery. We understand that shipped items are impossible to return within this time constraint. Please make us aware of any issue within the time constraint and we will work with you to find a resolution.

NO RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON (DOES NOT FIT, CHANGED MIND, ETC)

Conditions of items on this website can vary from Brand New, Open-Box, New With Defects, Refurbished, Used, and AS IS. Every item on this website is described on an individual basis. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are only accepted on a case by case basis. Providing an order has not shipped we will do everything we can to honor your cancellation request. A fee of up to 5% of the total order will be withheld at the time of refund to cover payment processing and restocking fees. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately.
